Spanning across three levels, this breathtakingly unique villa spoils you for choice with three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, built-in wardrobes, and Seaview balconies spanning across the Aegean to neighboring Paros.

The open plan kitchen and living room open to the private pool and bbq area, equipped with sun lounges and outdoor seating. Further over sits a shady pergola and bbq with outdoor dining - the perfect alfresco setting..

Brand new and situated in the ideal suburb of Plaka, Villa ILI is surrounded by peaceful landscapes and quaint churches and just a short 7min walk to the crystal clear waters of Plaka beach.

Plaka beach is framed by a vast array of eateries, cafes, bars, and restaurants, well known by visitors as the ultimate foodie destination of the island.

Activities in Plaka include water sports hire while two local mini-marts offer all the essentials and more.

Access to neighboring towns is made easy by the frequency of buses on the corner of the beach road. Villa ILI can also arrange a taxi service for you and connect you with the most reliable drivers on the island.

We recommend renting a car for ease of movement (8km to town 4km to the airport) and the flexibility to access the diverse villages and landmarks of the island.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is set up perfectly and very clean. We enjoyed having the peacefulness of having our own pool and outdoor space. The location was great. We enjoyed meeting our host, in turn, gave great suggestions and made dinner reservations at an amazing restaurant for us. We only wished we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful house!

We enjoyed our stay. We would have liked it a little closer to the beach as the walk home in the dark was a little scary but Dimitri the taxi driver was fantastic! He never let us down. Always came to get us no matter what time. Lily the housekeeper helped us out as well as we had a minor ant problem. The property itself is gorgeous. Has everything you can think of. And our kids really enjoyed the pool!

La villa Ili située dans un domaine privé composé de quelques autres villas, est somptueuse. Elle est très entretenue, joliment décorée, bien aménagée et l’extérieur composé de sa piscine, ses transats et sa cuisine d’été sont très agréables. Je recommande +++ pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille. S’il fallait trouver un seul point négatif : ce serait sa proximité avec l’aéroport et les quelques avions qui survolent la villa mais qui restent peu nombreux.
