The House is currently being remodeled, and there will be a new 9 meter pool, the rooms are being remodeled and the house is being painted. The changes will be ready by the end of January 2022 to the beginning of February 2022. If a house was considered fantastic, imagine with these changes!
House fully equipped with seating for 8 people 2 minutes from the beach.
Located in the new part of the village next to the stadium and municipal pools. A few meters away is grocery store, hairdresser, café, grill, gym, tennis court and supermarket (Mainland, Lidl, Pingo Doce).
Inside: 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 W. C, living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry.
Outside: BBQ with dining area, garden 400 m2, W. C. with shower, and several recreational areas including small park Child.
The property features: Cable TV, Internet, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, plus other small appliances.
Hits: Node A8 5 Km
The house is an excellent base for exploring the Costa da Prata. The historic towns of Alcobaça, Batalha and Fatima and the village of São Martinho do Porto are a short drive away, as well as the world heritage town of Obidos with its walled castle and cobbled streets.
