As a result, a portion of the Atlantic Ocean views from the balcony may be partially obstructed during this period.

While the stadium can affect part of the direct beach frontage view, guests can still enjoy the apartment's superb beachfront location, the vibrant seaside atmosphere, and views of the surrounding coastline.
