With room for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, this 100 square metre space surrounded by 6000 square metres of beautiful grounds is perfect for families or groups of friends. Kalma Exi boasts a massive 3.50x6.00 metre private swimming pool with a terrace and outdoor furniture, perfect for soaking up the sun and relaxing. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has a cosy lounge for those moments of indoor comfort.
With a double bedroom on the upper floor and another double bedroom and a family shower, you'll have all the space you need for a comfortable stay. The ground floor features a twin bedroom, a spacious lounge, a fully equipped kitchen and diner, and a family shower.

Amazing stay in Chalkidiki highly recommended!

This is truly the best place to relax in Chalkidiki. The property is beautifully located, and the view from the entire house is absolutely breathtaking. The rooms are large, spacious, and very well equipped. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the bedding was perfectly clean.The bathroom was also very well stocked, including cosmetics and even toothbrushes. The pool was cleaned every day, which made it even more enjoyable.The owner, Marios, welcomed us like family and made us feel completely at home. This place is simply amazing perfect for relaxation and escaping everyday life.Highly recommended we will definitely come back!

We had a great time at Kalma Villa

We had a great time at Kalma Villa. Kids loved the pool, we enjoyed the sea view and the confort of the house. The living room is large, the terrace as well. The villa is clean, the small garden is well kept and the pool is cleaned every 3 days. Massoutis is close enough to go by foot. Moudania is a nice area, with tavernas, restaurants, beach, even an open market (every Wednesday).

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in May. The house was clean, spacious, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The garden and pool area were peaceful, private, and ideal for soaking up the sun.The weather in May was perfect – warm days, cooler evenings, and plenty of sunshine.Our host was very welcoming and helpful, always available if we had any questions.I can really recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy Greece in a peaceful and comfortable setting.

Kalmas Villas - a place you won't want to leave

A beautiful townhouse with its own pool and fantastic views. Spacious rooms, good kitchen and dining area both inside and out. Close to a large supermarket and beach. The town offers authentic Greek restaurants that are just what you can only dream of. (but beware - the “tourist restaurants” are also there. We had a fantastic week with a host who welcomed us, showed us around and answered questions and gave good information. Kalmas Villas - a place you won't want to leave!
