Welcome to “Gîtes de la Morinière - Brocéliande”! Located in Néant-sur-Yvel, Brittany, the Cœur de Brocéliande cottage offers a 31 m² house, perfect for 2 guests. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bathroom with a shower. The private kitchen is fully equipped, including a filter coffee maker and a Tassimo machine. A mezzanine can be set up with a single bed or a baby bed upon request when booking. A private TV is available for your relaxation.



The house is ideally located for exploring the sites and legends of Brocéliande and is close to a greenway, perfect for scenic walks. Shared parking for one vehicle is available in front of the house.
