• Living room with TV for streaming and access to the spacious deck with a variety of covered and uncovered seating options
• Lower-level living room with seating and a full second kitchen with double ovens, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker. Note: The downstairs refrigerator's ice maker is operational, but the water dispenser is not.
• Lower-level covered patio with cozy seating, wood-burning fireplace, and outdoor kitchen with grill, pizza oven, sink, and mini-fridge
