Nice location but…

The host is unresponsive. He did call back after I called him for details on how to get into the house. The house was not cleaned from the previous guests. Was unable to check in about 8pm vs 3pm. Carpet in master bedroom was wet from, I suppose, a leak in the restroom. The baseboards in the master restroom are severely water logged. The master restroom shower is extremely tiny, but gets the job done. This location sleeps 4, not 6. To fit 6, your guests will need to sleep on the couch and loveseat. I had to go to the Target down the street to purchase towels, washcloths and hand towels for our stay. I also had to purchase toilet paper. Gnats will get into your food. There is a dead animal outside the side door. It is already just bones and fur. Looks like someone tried to cover with a blanket, but it was partially uncovered. In all fairness, the AC unit works really well, and the house is cute. I wasn’t expecting luxury, but I didn’t know I had to spend additional money on towel purchases and toilet paper.

Business Trip

My crew enjoyed the location and their overall stay at this location, which I am very thankful for. However, their communication could use a little work. I believe the host is in a different time zone, but we did not receive the lock code until almost an hour after arriving that evening and I had to reach out to customer service in order to get a hold of him.
