Tastefully restored 1920 cabin with over 100ft of creek frontage in downtown Nederland. Brand new hot tub on Spacious deck. 2 Dedicated off street parking spaces. Home is completely remodeled. King bed in larger bedroom overlooks the water. Rear bedroom has a queen and twin bunk bed. Open Floorplan. Heated Clubhouse next to hot tub & deck provides additional space for entertainment. Walk to all amenities from this unique location right in Nederland’s business district tucked behind E 1st St.

What a delightful little cabin immediately adjacent to a creek. Absolutely cute, cozy, and clean. We popped in for one night for a wedding anniversary date. It was just perfect. Close access to hiking, restaurants within a five minute walk, and the babbling creek right outside the front door. Love this place! We just might make this our wedding anniversary yearly tradition .

Absolutely fabulous cabin right on Middle Boulder Creek and a short walk to everything in Ned.The cabin was super clean, tastefully decorated and everything was in perfect working order.The owner responded almost instantly to message exchanges here on VRBO and was very helpful. We also ran into a couple people in town, somewhat accidentally, who know him and told us he is a great guy.Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Fantastic location. Can walk to everything in town, yet nestled feet away from Middle Boulder Creek. Tremendous attention to detail for guest comfort and meticulously maintained.

I really think this is the ideal spot for a weekend or extended stay in Ned. Walking distance to everything, and some extra comforts around the house. We came to run and hike, and Ned is a great jump off spot for a ton of options.

Comfortable & Great Location

Everything was easy to reserve, check in and out and communication was excellent. The cabin is as advertised and even better. Lots of extras and nice small touches. Cozy, comfortable and right on the water. Easy to walk to everything in town and great location for outdoor activities. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Tony is Amazing!
