Nice and clean. But we tried to check in 1 hour early simply to change out of travel clothes into business attire. The counter person said there would be a$50 charge but our room was ready. Really!!!

Poor customer service

Stay was ok. Checked in, wasnt told anything like what time breakfast was served or even where it was served. Handed me the room key and said room number is on it. Then when going to check out lady was standing at the counter stairing at the computer screen a good 3 minute's before even acknowledging me.

Check in was fast and went very smoothly. Joseph was very welcoming and engaging. I forgot my toothbrush and he was understanding and produced one from behind the desk. Room service was also timely AND delicious. The server who took my order was so nice and the two gals who delivered the food/drinks were very friendly and helpful. Positive experience all around!!

The property and room were clean and quiet and the place felt safe. However, the bed was horrible, and the breakfast was definitely below par. The bed itself was squeaky every time you sat on it, and mattress cover and bedding was noisy, like stiff plastic, very time you moved. I thought it was just our room, but I asked another guest and they said it was the same in theirs. The room lacked condiments for the coffee. No creamer or sweetener of any type.Apparently they don’t carry creamer anymore, anywhere in the facility. The only thing they have for coffee are those those sweet flavored creamer with a pump. So I went and bought some myself. There is no one manning the desk however you can quickly get someone by picking up the phone at the front desk at the front desk The staff was very accommodating. The room is cleaned every three days unless you request to have it cleaned. Which was done upon request. The last thing was the restaurant. It was there, but wasn’t open during that time. Apparently it’s only opened Tuesday through Saturday.
