Pets are welcome, but we only allow dogs due to owner allergies. We allow maximum of two dogs per stay.

We provide towels and bed sheets that are enough for the number of guests that are checked in and toilet paper that is enough to get you started, but we do not provide shampoo, conditioner and bodywash.

- The rental agreement must be signed after booking; otherwise, the reservation will be canceled.

- We would like to inform that for refunds, the amount will depend on the total payout that was received less applicable fees (Platform Service Fees and Processing Fees (Stripe)

Age requirement:
Please note that the minimum age requirement to book this property is 25 years old. The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age at the time of booking and must be present throughout the duration of the stay.

As part of our verification process, we may request a valid government-issued ID to confirm the age of the booking guest. Reservations made by individuals under 25 will be subject to cancellation, and failure to meet this requirement may result in denial of access to the property and forfeiture of any payments made.
