It was fine for a place to sleep and had good air con. but the double bed was so small and the futon couch was extremely uncomfortable. I know it just opened up and they replaced the double with a queen the day after we left, so that’s good for future people who stay there. If you want luxury… this is not it!! We were not expecting luxury so it was adequate. The location however was perfect!!

Fab location in a complex being updated.

Meisha was great in communicating. Quick responses. The rental is as it is in the photos. It is clean and quiet. The entire Sunshine Village complex is an older complex. The entire complex has a new owner and so slowly the complex is being upgraded. The bathroom and kitchen look fairly newly renovated. Good wifi. There were a few things that were not perfect—but understandable given the age of the complex. I mentioned the few things to Meisha and said they would get repaired soon. The location is perfect. Close to downtown —an 5 min walk, about a 15 min walk to 7mile beach. Quiet at night. Security cameras and security personnel in complex and metal gate into rental units. Newly renovated grocery store in the complex, and slowly getting more businesses back in Sunshine Village. The rental units are on the second level of the complex. No elevator, so not ideal for mobility challenged people. I would rent here again.
