Located just outside of Negril, Little Bay Country Club is a gated community with luxury townhomes and villas. The property features dramatic rugged cliffs overlooking stunning views of the beautiful Caribbean Sea as well as its own private white-sand beach. From the beach, step into turquoise water of Little Bay, a protected fish sanctuary that is ideal for snorkeling.

Inside our home, every detail has been thought of and is truly a home away from home. We have recently done many upgrades in and around our property to enhance the experience of your vacation with us. From tiled walk-in showers to an oceanside gazebo overlooking the bay, we have thought of everything so you can relax and enjoy your time in Negril.

Little Bay Country Club includes 24-hour gated security as well as security guards with canines canvassing the property at all times. With all the charm and beauty of Jamaica and the amenities you are used to, our two bedroom beachfront condo is the perfect place for a relaxing Jamaican vacation. Our condo is spacious and will sleep four people comfortably.

We offer a private, oceanfront vacation home rental in Negril, Jamaica. It’s a newly constructed, high-end property that overlooks a protected fish sanctuary and a coral reef.

We love staying at this property. We have stayed here several times have never been disappointed. The owners take very good care of this home and are very responsive with communications. The house has everything we need and is very comfortable for a great vacation! One of the best private beach/snorkeling areas you're gonna find! We vacation to get away from the hustle and bustle snd this place delivers. It's an end unit with a nice large deck with steps down to a short walk to a private paradise. We enjoyed daily snorkeling in what feels like your own little cove then head back to the beach and pull your chair up under one of the perfectly places trees at the waters edge for an afternoon of pure paradise. Bonus at nightime w little light pollution you can sit on the deck and stargaze in a stunning view!

This house was exactly as pictured and right on the private beach. Very comfortable for a family of 4. There is a community pool right off the beach that is great as well. Property was amazing- just as described! Deck backed onto the beach with less than 2 minute walk to the swim area and amazing snorkeling. 7 min walk to Bloody Bay Beach. The house was great! Comfortable beds, and a kitchen stocked for cooking if you wish. Nice to be able to do laundry. We hired the driver that was recommended by the property owner and he was excellent! Highly recommend this place!!!
