Upper Level:
A bright living and dining area with a kitchenette (gas cooktop, no oven), a second king bedroom, a bunk room with a twin-over-full bed, a futon, and a full bathroom with a bathtub. This level also includes a second washer/dryer for added convenience.

Lower Level:
A spacious family-friendly game room that opens directly to the private dock — perfect for river lounging, crabbing, fishing, or wildlife watching.

Outdoor Highlights:
