Home sits on 3.6 acres in Rome – Wisconsin, directly across the street from Lake Petenwell, with wooded paths leading you right to the water for the beach or piers. The master bathroom is complete with a full shower and whirlpool tub, treating you to a spa-like experience. All the luxuries of home plus a relaxing and recreational outdoor setting. Perfect setting for your family getaway, world-class golf trip, or just spending time with friends creating memories that will be cherished for a lifetime.

Less than 10-minute drive from world-renowned Sand Valley Golf, Mammoth Dunes, and Lake Arrowhead Golf Courses, as well as Northern Bay Golf Resort located just 20 minutes away. Spend the days soaking up the rays on the beach or out boating/fishing the waters of Petenwell Lake, the 2nd largest in the State of Wisconsin. Watch the eagles soar above on the water or as you explore beautiful scenic hiking/walking trails around the area. There are many UTV/snowmobile trails to head out on right from the house. Not only that, but also located just a few minutes from Wisconsin Trapshooting Association (WTA) and 45 minutes away are the Wisconsin Dells’ many waterparks, amusement parks, go-karts, and countless other attractions for your family and friends to enjoy.

After a great day on the water or exploring the surrounding countryside it’s time to return home and relax.
