Additional fees & requirements:
✔ Rental Agreement & ID Verification - A signed rental agreement and a valid ID upload from the booking guest are required.
✔ Security Deposit Hold - A $300 hold will be placed as a refundable security deposit.
✔ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Available upon request, pending availability. Each is offered for a $60 fee and must be arranged in advance.
✔ Additional Guests - $5 per night for each guest beyond 6.
✔ Boat Docking Fee - $50 fee if bringing your own boat to dock at the property
✔ Pet Fee - $60 one-time fee for up to 2 dogs (dogs only; no cats permitted)

Starter pack of essentials included:
✔ 2 rolls of toilet paper
✔ 1 roll of paper towels
✔ 1 box of Kleenex

Important Note:
✔ The Smart TV requires guests to log in with their own streaming accounts. Please remember to log out before checkout to protect your information.
✔ We are dog-friendly and welcome up to 2 well-behaved pups with a $60 pet fee. Cats are not permitted due to allergy concerns - thanks for understanding! Please let us know your dog’s breed and size when booking. Dogs must have collars and updated shots.
✔ Please note that the garage is not accessible to guests, as it is reserved for the owner’s personal storage.
✔ Guests are expected to clean up after their pets indoors and outdoors - poop bags (in the 3rd bedroom closet) and a scoop (outside by the garage) are provided. A spare dog kennel is also available under the bed in the 3rd bedroom off the kitchen.

This cabin offers its guests barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.
