Welcome to our Bull City Bungalow! Bull City Bungalow is a fully renovated and tastefully decorated 4 bedroom, 3 ½ bath home situated towards the top of the mountain in close proximity to fabulous hiking, skiing, the Devils Knob Golf and Racquet Center, and The Spa, Aquatics and Fitness Center.
You will love the fully updated kitchen with island, and large bathrooms all with gorgeous new tile and cabinets. With two full family rooms, each with a wood burning fireplace, and streaming large flat screen TVs there is plenty of room for both kids, teens and adults to relax and enjoy!
The main level has an open floor plan with a den, dining table for up to 8, island seating for 3, powder room and master suite with large bathroom and shower. The downstairs den has a ping pong table, card table, bar, and TONS of games for kids and families to enjoy time together. There are also two private bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub. The third floor has a master suite with large bathroom and shower, and a private balcony to read or have morning coffee. There is also an expansive deck with seasonal views of the mountains and fire table to enjoy the stars or have a meal. Two of the bedrooms are HUGE suites with Cal King beds, offering comfortable arrangements when multiple families want to plan a trip together. The private paved driveway has ample parking. Bull City Bungalow is only 15 minutes to Devil’s Backbone Brewery, Bold Rock Cidery, valley fun spots, and 5 minutes to the Mountain Inn, shops, restaurants and slopes. To top it off, our guests will also have access to all of the amenities that the Wintergreen Resort and Spa have to offer (exclusive restaurants, indoor pool and racquet courts, fitness center, golf courses, and spa treatments).
