Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place used towels on bathroom floors Take all Trash do dumpster in parking lot. Latch the dumpster, otherwise, there will be unwanted guests. Please make sure lamps and lights are turned off.
Lock all doors and windows. Lock front door on departure. Remove all perishable food items from fridge and take with you or take to trash. Please wipe any big spills or messes.
In the summer set T-stat to 75. In the winter, set set heat to 60.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
