This house is a 4 season destination with multiple local activities as well as historical attractions.

This house is a true 4 seasons destination. Explore everything Nelson County and Wintergreen has to offer from breweries, wineries, cideries, hiking, biking, swimming, skiing, snow tubing, antiquing, fishing, archery, and axe throwing. This home is close to many historical attractions, including Thomas Jefferson's Monticello, the National Historical Park at Appomattox Court House, the US National Park Service's Appalachian Trail which runs through Wintergreen, the Shenandoah National Park with Skyline Drive and the Blue Ridge Parkway, the most visited National Park in the US.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. This home does not have a landline and cell service can be spotty on the mountain without WIFI calling. The fireplace is wood burning and firewood is available. Parking has a single dedicated spot available with public roadside parking for extra vehicles.

An outstanding well appointed property. Very attentive host. A small amount of trouble with the door lock that the host is addressing. Outside the condo itself in the stairway area and ski locker area there is a very strong odor of mold. This area is not under direct control by the host though. Would definitely stay in this lovely condo again!
