Thanks Peter for your comments. I will look at the adjustment for the electric blind as it should stay out with a reaonable breeze blowing. We include a dishwasher as there is some good laundromats in the Nelson Bay town centre. Yes sound installation is installed between the apartments and we insist on being couples only to minimize any noise from the surrounding apartments.
