Vue is comprised of two private dwellings each occupying an entire floor with stair and lift access, sleeping up to 4 guests
This duplex apartment has two living areas, powder room and two spacious bedrooms with large TV’s and two impressive ensuites including baths in the two main bedrooms with walk in wardrobes. Enjoy open-plan living and large alfresco entertaining areas.
Each duplex has its own double lock up garage with an electric vehicle charge point (32Amp) and internal access. There’s a modern five person lift with secure card entry to each residence. Free WiFi available. Another unique feature of this property is the mobility assisted access.
Guest have access to Vue one apartment, private pool area, lock up garage, common area and lift.
Vue Nelson Bay offers a personal concierge on arrival to assist by introducing the property & ensure that your overall experience is comfortable on arrival
Vue Nelson bay is in a quiet residential area, with parklands and children's play equipment in nearby parks.
Located across from the stunning Bagnalls Beach & 200m from family friendly Dutchman's beach. An easy 18min coastal walk to some of the area’s best restaurants, shops and local marina
> Vue Nelson Bay is suitable for groups over the age of 30 years old.
> We have a strict NO NOISE policy. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.
> Pool hours are strictly 8am to 9pm only.
We have a strict policy in relation to ‘visitors ’ staying over at the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.

Parties, functions, weddings, wedding related parties, graduates, schoolies/teenager bookings are not accepted. Vue Nelson Bay maintains the right to terminate your stay, if you are found to be hosting any of these events during your stay.
