Enter into a spacious living area featuring a large comfortable lounge and a big screen smart TV. The lounge room is air-conditioned, equipped with both reverse cycle and split system, ensuring year-round comfort. Five steps up is the open-plan dining area with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave oven, family size fridge. freezer, and a comprehensive selection of crockery and cutlery.
This family-friendly haven boasts three generously sized bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with Queen-sized beds with the main also having a ceiling fan, TV and ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The third bedroom features two single beds, ideal for kids or single guests and the main bathroom come complete with a bathtub, shower, vanity and separate toilet providing another layer of convenience.
Families with young children will appreciate the highchair and port-a-cot provided. Laundry facilities are located externally and are equipped with a clothes dryer and front loader washing machine to ensure all domestic needs are well attended on holidays.
Outdoor living is a key attraction of this property. A gas BBQ and outdoor dining area positioned within a fully enclosed yard provide a sensational setting for entertaining and watching the children and fur baby play. A secure garage accommodates one car and there is also driveway parking for one vehicle plus loads of street parking – please note the driveway is very steep.
