This pleasant second floor (via stairs) apartment features water views from most internal spaces. You'll find yourselves sitting out on your balcony with furnishings and BBQ mesmerised by the Harbour views.

Walk downtown to d'Albora Marina, shops, restaurants, cafes, the pub, and all the convenience of the township with Woolworths, chemists, hair dressers and nail parlours.

The apartment is open living, fully equipped and super convenient in location to the D'albora Marina, town centre (less than 500 metres walk) and local beaches.

The property sits just on 100 metres from the CBD of Nelson Bay, on a quiet one-way street overlooking d'Albora Marina and Port Stephens water ways, an easy walk to each.

Take advantage of the location and book a dolphin or whale watch tour, scuba diving adventure and so many more water adventures from the marina, that sits just below the apartment building itself.

You will barely need to use the car during your entire stay. You can leave the car parked at the apartment, utilising the double car lock up garage.

Amazing views

The property was very clean and had all the amenities you needed. There wasn't any air-conditioning but there was a lovely cool ocean breeze every night. The views was amazing and was walking distance to the marina. Would definitely stay again!

Appalling stay! Filthy apartment with sticky surfaces throughout - carpet, dining table, kitchen, showers were all disgusting. Broken lounge light forced us onto the balcony in darkness, no smart TV. Intrusive neighbor constantly monitored and complained, even about normal conversation on the balcony! Inaccessible for guests with mobility issues. Never again ...
