From the convenience of being located on the city fringe within minutes of Nelson City cafes, restaurants and entertainment, City Escape is located in a quiet residential area and offers amazing Views across the City over to Tasman Bay, the Centre of New Zealand, Botanics Sportsfield, Mt Arthur Range and the MaiTai River.

This home has been recently renovated with a real flair and you'll be amazed by the nice feel you'll get from the open kitchen, dinning and living area opening on a deck with great views over the forested hills of the Centre of New Zealand landmark.

The Master bedroom with a nice dressing and ensuite bathroom opens on the deck area. There are 3 other bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower and separate bath make this home perfect for families or friends seeking a modern, comfortable and funky getaway at the doorstep to all that is great about Nelson!

**Special conditions**:

Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.

- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)

Nice bach, great feel and fantastic views.

Nice bach with really nice feel and fantastic view over Nelson. Well appointed and fitted out, super quiet area and the double glazing, fly screens and heat pumps made for a comfortable summer stay. Kids very happy with Wi-Fi and TV set up. Some of the things are looking a little tired in places (for the price) with lots of chipped plates and cup’s and a few of the beds are getting a little creaky, but nothing major and easily fixed to get from 4 to 5 stars. The neighbours have a super friendly, very old dog who came to the door every night to hang out and say hello, no problem and kind of charming.
