Estuary Grove - Stunning Architectural House

Estuary Grove is a beautifully deisgned 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family home that sits around a gorgeous outdoor area and lawn area. Great for a couples getaway or a family holiday this home is bathed in sunlight and is perfect for entertaining. Estuary Grove is also located right on the Great Taste Trail and biking tracks and is just a few minutes walk to the fantastic 'Honest Lawyer' bar and restaurant.

Exceptional location & design combine here to provide wonderful comfort & a fantastic stay experience!

**Special conditions & notes**:

- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.

- This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.

- Beehive - There is a small beehive in the garden in a location that is away from the recreational outdoor areas of the house. The bees are not aggressive, but please keep a distance from their hive.

- Water - There is a small ornamental pond near the front door to the home that may be considered a hazard to small children.

- Garage area - This is not currently available to guests, however ample off-street parking is provided.

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.

- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)
