Nestled between Golden Bay and the Abel Tasman national park to the west, and the sparkling Marlborough Sounds to the east, Nelson truly is the jewel of the South Island.

This apartment features a master bedroom with new Queen size bed. Spacious living area with kitchenette, seperate WC and an enormous newly renovated bathroom.

There is off street parking for one vehicle and your own private entrance.
The house is situated up a right of way, away from the Road. It offers perfect privacy, peace and quiet. Although we live upstairs, we leave our guests to enjoy their privacy unless they need us.

This house is advertised: Sleeps 3, 2 bedrooms, 2 beds. A bedroom is not a lounge. A pull down couch should stipulated. This house has 1 bedrroom, lounge with pull down couch. I would not have booked had I relaised the reality. Advertising is misleading.
