Beautiful chalet "Chalet Sept", 2 storeys. In the resort, 300 m from the centre, on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 1'000 m2. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Supermarket 300 m, restaurant 200 m, bakery 300 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, bif. Le Déserteur" 350 m, railway station "Sion" 16.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, tennis 1.9 km, skisport facilities 600 m, ice rink 1.2 km, children's playground 1.4 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tracouet Nendaz 4 Vallées 600 m. Hiking paths: Bisse du Milieu 300 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Renovated in 2023, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall with shower/WC. Large living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and cable TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm) with bath/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).
