Large chalet, ideally located due SOUTH, 5 minutes from SKI and close to shops, swimming pool and tennis courts, bus, easy access to the Tracouet cable car via the 'Mer de Glace' funicular. Enjoy its large terrace after skiing or in the middle of summer. Carefully decorated, warm and cozy. Kindergartens, lots of games and toboggan run 50m from the chalet, ice rink 300m. Shuttle bus next to the chalet to the gondola and to Siviez.

Large interior space, living room with fireplace/cassette, new fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, plenty of storage space and various appliances, separate toilet at the entrance, 5 bedrooms including one on the mezzanine, owner's bedroom 1 (2 people) large double bed with shower room, toilet and 2 sinks, Bedroom 2 double bed (2 people), Bedroom 3 a double bed (2 people), Bedroom 4 in the basement 4 bunk beds (2-4 children), Bedroom 5 on the mezzanine above the living room 2 single beds (2 people). 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets.
