In the district of Les Clèves, on the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Nendaz sur les pistes, in a quiet, sunny position, 300 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden with lawn. Hot tub. Available: sledges for children. Motor access to the house, except in winter 500 m (via unmade road, mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars) at 500 m. Shop 1.8 km, supermarket 2.4 km, restaurant 400 m, bakery 1.9 km, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, bif. Le Déserteur" 1.8 km, railway station "Sion" 18.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, tennis 3 km, gondola lift 2.2 km, slopes 300 m, ski bus stop 1.8 km, children's playground 2.9 km. Nearby attractions: Domaine des Iles 20 km, Alaïa Bay - Surf Park 17 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz Tracouet 4 Vallées 300 m. Hiking paths: Bisse Vieux 600 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
