Les Rairettes: Very beautiful chalet "Sebas", 3 storeys, built in 2006. Outside the resort, 800 m from the centre, on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden with lawn. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bumpy, steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop, bus stop 800 m. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, gondola lift 800 m.
"Sebas", 5-room chalet 150 m2 on 3 levels. Spacious, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: large living/dining room with panoramic window with open-hearth fireplace, cable TV and CD-player. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), bath/shower/WC. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Balcony, north facing position and west facing position, large terrace 50 m2, south facing position and, east facing position. Barbecue (portable).
