On the lower ground floor, you will find 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with direct access to a north-facing terrace. The second bedroom on this floor is fitted with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private bathroom with both a bath and shower, as well as a WC. The third bedroom also offers 2 single beds of the same dimensions, 90 cm by 190 cm, and is served by a further bathroom with bath, shower, and WC.
