For example, the Eternal Sea, just five kilometers away, is one of the largest raised moor lakes in Germany. Here you can observe many animals, marvel at the uniqueness of the landscape along a boardwalk path or enjoy freshly baked cake in the cozy café. You are also close to the coastal resorts of Dornumersiel, Neuharlingersiel and Bensersiel. Dornumersiel awaits you with a beach and a seawater swimming pool, in Neuharlingersiel you can visit the historic fishing port with an active shrimp boat fleet and pick up a few fresh crabs.
