Villa Chrysochou is an attractive property which nestles in a prime location on the hillside on the edge of the village of Neo Chorio with spectacular views, overlooking Latchi and the sweeping azure curve of the Bay of Chrysochou to the east and the hills of the Akamas peninsula to the west. The villa comfortably sleeps 4 guests with 2 bedrooms (1 double/1 twin) both with en-suite bathrooms and glass doors giving access to the garden and pool area. An internal staircase leads you to the living accommodation on the first floor (entrance level) and consists of a lounge with fireplace, Smart TV, a guest bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and a dining area with French doors leading to a covered terrace with fabulous views. There is also an external staircase from the terrace to the garden, the views are so special that you will be encouraged to admire them from the comfort of your horizon swimming pool with Jacuzzi and watch as they change throughout the day from the azure blue into a myriad of twinkling lights in the evening, it's a perfect backdrop to romantic al fresco dining around the floodlit pool.

Pool/Jacuzzi Heating - Winter Months Only from November to March
500.00 €/ week minimum duration 7 days + 70.00 €/per day for each day thereafter. Must be pre-booked and prepaid 1-month prior to arrival and the same price applies for bookings of less than 7 nights.

Not Included in the rates:
Security Deposit 300 € / credit card hold (pre-authorisation via online payment link, sent to you before arrival). The amount will be released back to your card upon leaving the villa in a satisfactory and respectable manner and with no damages caused.

This villa offers its guests a terrace, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
