Experience the best of Latchi with a stay at Villa Joelena, set in the heart of this dreamy coastal town. Just a drive walk away are rows of traditional restaurants and cafe bars, ideal for sampling some delicious local dishes or sipping local wines and beers. If you’re a beach lover, there’s a long stretch of beach 2k away offering sun loungers and water sports in peak season. Designed with a modern touch, the interiors are painted in a neutral colour scheme and decked out with sleek furniture. The living room comes to life with its cosy sofas and high beamed ceiling, creating a snug corner of the home. Adjoined is the chic kitchen, featuring glossy cabinetry, plenty of worktop space, and top-notch appliances. With three homely bedrooms, it’s the ideal choice for a romantic hideaway for two. 
Outside, Villa Joelena has lots to offer with its elegant, sun-drenched terrace that wraps around the back of the villa. The large private swimming pool* is tempting for an afternoon dip, glistening in the Cypriot sun. Flanked with plants and palm trees, the sun loungers are an idyllic spot to laze the day away under the sunshine. Just outside the patio doors is an alfresco dining setup, ideal for tucking into a feast in the warm sea breeze. 
To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 4 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 64cm wide. The path to the pool area is 120cm wide, with 2 steps down. The outside is paved and flat. The pool itself has ladder access. This is a ground floor property however it is compact with a narrow inner hallway. All bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst the main family bathroom door is 58cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 72cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 150cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
