A double bedroom and separate bathroom with shower and bathtub are also located on the ground floor.
A marble staircase leads up to the first floor to two further bedrooms, one twin and one double, with en-suite shower rooms.
Outside the villa you will find a spacious and sunny garden area with a fabulous private pool surrounded by various plants and trees.
