IMPORTANT! From October 2025 The nearby Parador Hotel is scheduled to undergo a renovation project whichis expected to last for two years and will involve significant reform of the structure of the hotel, but can of course cause noise disturbances in the surrounding areas.

Situated in the quiet, private complex of Alcazaba, close to the Parador Hotel. The complex is only 2 minutes walk to the beach and a pleasant 5 minute walk to the town centre. This penthouse is on the 2nd floor (no lift) and comprises of a comfortable, bright and airy lounge/dining room with TV that receives Spanish and non-Spanish channels, 2 sofas, table and chairs, ceiling fan and radiators, a fully-equipped separate kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Sliding doors lead from the lounge onto the south facing terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and has pleasant views to the complex. The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed with TEMPUR DELUXE mattress, wardrobe, hot and cold air conditioning and en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has twin beds, a wardrobe, hot and cold air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with bath. The 2 en-suite bathrooms are fully fitted, one with shower and the other with bath. The apartment has a large roof terrace with sea and mountains views, bbq, table, chairs and sunbeds (the access is via a spiral staircase) ideal for dining "al fresco". The Alcazaba complex is a very quiet and exclusive complex in the centre of the town and has a communal pool and garden area, it is just 2 minutes away from the beaches and 5 minutes from the centre of town.

Great location, and the apartment is fairly modern, bright and with both a balcony and a roof terrace The furniture on the roof terrace is looking a bit tired and there were no cushions for the sun beds.

Lovely apartment in great location

We really liked this apartment & the complex & would return here again without hesitation. The pool was extremely clean & quiet. The apartment was also very clean & sufficient changes of linen were provided. The only reason for the slight reduction on score for cleaning was the roof terrace did not appear to have been cleaned before our stay as it was incredibly dusty and the hammock & some cushions had been left dirty in the storage box. The roof terrace was otherwise a great place to relax & enjoy. The kitchen was also extremely well equipped. The only negatives were regarding the roof terrace. One of the sun umbrellas was also broken & unuseable. This did not affect our stay, however, as we were only two people. I do understand of course that with holiday rentals an element of wear & tear is to be expected. In general though, the apartment & furnishings were of a pretty good standard.
