Beautiful and modern 2 bedroom duplex situated in the much sought-out urbanization “Huertos de Nerja”, only a short walk to the nearest beach, 5 minutes away from the town centre and all the local amenities

The complex is very well maintained and has a delightful communal swimming pool that is surrounded by grass. It is one of the few urbanisations in Nerja that has the pool open in winter.

The property is divided over 2 floors and consists of the following:

Entrance hall, and on the left a well – equipped independent kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, electric kettle, toaster, iron, dishwasher and all of the necessary crockery and utensils.

Past the kitchen is a guest toilet where you will find the washing machine.

Once past the entrance hall you arrive into a bright open plan living – dining room. Furnished with a set of table and chairs, one double seater sofa and one comfortable armchair, AC, satellite TV and WIFI. From the living room there is access to a nice terrace area with table and chairs ideal for outdoor dining. The terrace leads directly to the communal swimming pool that is open all year round.

Upstairs there are two full-size bedrooms, one with two twin beds, large built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan and a small balcony.

The other bedroom (master bedroom) is fitted with one double bed, large built-in wardrobes, AC, television and also a small Juliette balcony.

Overall, this property is modern, beautifully decorated, in a great location and situated in a quiet area in the very town centre. Ideal for anyone looking to enjoy their holidays from the heart of Nerja.

Lovely house in Nerja town

A good house right beside Nerja in an ideal location.It's not pristine but it is clean. We didn't use the pool as we were only a stones throw from the beaches where our teens spent most of their time.A larger bed would be preferable to the standard double, some more food serving/storage would be good and some more pegs in the bathroom is a necessity (two pegs for four people is not enough).I would not stay in high season as the banging of the entrance gates on either side of the property was annoying but this can probably be fixed.The little garden was a treat and the house was comfortable and large enough for four.The agents were lovely and very helpful, the place was easy to find and overall we had a lovely stay.
