Fantastic 3 - bedroom villa with private swimming pool located in the highly desirable Chimenea area of Nerja, offering plenty of exterior space, full-day sunshine, beautiful sea views, and a private swimming pool. This charming property is close to the popular Burriana Beach, close to a main supermarket, public transport links.
Upon entering through the main gate, a set of stairs leads down to the front door of the villa. Inside, the ground floor features a spacious open-plan kitchen fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, and all necessary crockery and cooking utensils. Adjacent to the kitchen is a comfortable dining area and a bright living room with a comfortable sofa. The sofa can also be used as an additional sleeping space, suitable for one child (additional mattress), smart TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. From the living room, there is direct access to a sunny terrace with outdoor dining furniture and beautiful sea views.
Upstairs, the main bedroom has two single beds joined with a double topper, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. It also offers direct access to a private terrace with a sunbed, a table, two chairs, and lovely sea views. The second bedroom has two single beds with individual toppers, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, and access to a private balcony. A second bathroom on this floor includes a bathtub with an overhead shower.
Downstairs, with its own separate private access from outside the house, there is a studio apartment containing the 3rd bedroom. This level also includes a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchenette.
Outside, the villa features a private swimming pool and an additional outdoor dining area, there is also a BBQ for outdoor. The property is surrounded by lovely, well-maintained plants and is beautifully decorated throughout, providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like a home away from home. Perfect for a relaxing holiday in the sun.
Note: A member of our staff will go between 1 - 2 week to clean the pool and maintain the garden
