Founded in the 16th century, Calle Carabeo is lined with former fishermen’s cottages turned stylish homes, buzzing with cafés, terraces, and a lively crowd. Here, Nerja beats with energy: bustling by day, sparkling when night falls.

Casa Pepa occupies the first floor of a lovingly restored house. Below, a popular pizzeria tempts passers-by; above, two apartments—each with its own private solarium—enjoy peace and privacy. Though the street hums with life, double-glazed windows, full air-conditioning, and a good cup of coffee ensure serene moments indoors while the festivities unfold outside.

The apartment, full of character and very comfortable, is distributed as follows:
