This is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with stunning sea views.



Enjoy sea and pool views from the terrace and bedroom balcony—perfect spots for a drink or outdoor dining at any time, especially with the pleasant sunset sun all year round. The comfortable terrace has a table and chairs for 4.



Spacious living and dining area, separate kitchen equipped with oven, ceramic hob, small fridge, microwave, cupboards, and full kitchenware. The main bedroom has a double bed; the second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both have built-in wardrobes with space for luggage.



The complex features a communal garden and pool, very quiet even in summer. The pool is open from April to the end of October. The garden is open year-round.



Located in the city center, just a 7-8 minute walk from the Balcón de Europa, with restaurants, shops, and services nearby. The beach is only 3 minutes away down some stairs—this cove marks the start of the famous Burriana Beach.



Internet, electricity, water, and final cleaning are included. 55” Smart TV with foreign channels and options to log in to your own streaming accounts. Air conditioning (also heating) in the living room and bedrooms.



Parking within the complex is on a first-come, first-served basis (not enough spaces for all apartments). Usually not a problem except during peak season.



A pair of beach chairs are provided for you to take to the beach or pool.
