The layout is ideal for two couples, with each section offering private bathrooms for added privacy and access to the shared lounge. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and all necessary kitchenware. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a 50” Smart TV with streaming services and a wide selection of channels, a Sonos music system (compatible with your own music account), and effective air conditioning in both bedrooms and the lounge. A washing machine with multiple programs, including tumble drying, is also provided. This is one of five apartments in the VerdeMar building featuring two private balconies: a small southeast-facing balcony for the best morning and noon sun, and a larger southwest-facing balcony for noon, afternoon, and early evening sun.
