Located in the Burriana area of Nerja, this beautiful, ground floor, one bedroom apartment is just a 7 minute walk from Burriana Beach, with its restaurants, bars and nightlife. The apartment benefits from a new dual heat air-conditioning system + a smart TV with Netflix facility (subscription required) + Wi-Max internet and wi-fi. There is direct access to the community pool from the apartment's terrace. NEW LUXURY BATHROOM INSTALLED! This apartment is perfect for couples and families who prefer a quiet, relaxing location, but just a few minutes from the shops and nightlife of Burriana beach, consistently voted the top beach on the Costa del Sol. Burriana is a town of hills, slopes and steps, which adds to the beautiful scenery of mountains surrounding the town. It also means that although the apartment is just a 7 minute casual stroll down to the beach, it is a10-12 minute walk back up! The Burriana area of Nerja and our apartment, is not the best location for people with mobility issues.
Please be aware that the pool is emptied in November for the winter period for annual cleaning and maintenance. It is usually filled just before Easter each year. However, for the last 2 years the pool has remained filled during the winter months......for the brave only! The pool is not artificially heated, but is usually warm.
