Three Configurable Bedrooms and Two Bathrooms for Up to 6 People





The three bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The master bedroom has two 90x200 cm beds that can be arranged as twin beds or as a double bed.



The second bedroom has two 90x200 cm beds with the same flexibility, whilst the third bedroom offers two 90x190 cm beds, also configurable according to the group’s needs.



This versatility makes the property an ideal choice for families with children, groups of friends or several couples travelling together.



All bedrooms are provided with clean bed linen and mattresses with a memory foam layer for greater comfort whilst resting.



The recently renovated main bathroom features a shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine with integrated dryer. Additionally, on the ground floor you will find a second bathroom with a shower. The property also features an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer.

The pool measures approximately 4.3 x 3 metres and is between 120 and 140 cm deep, making it suitable for both adults and children under supervision.



Unlike a communal pool, here you can enjoy the water in complete privacy and without having to share time slots.



In addition, the property has a small balcony on the upper floor from which you can also enjoy pleasant sea views.



On the north side of the house, you will find a shaded patio which is particularly pleasant during the hottest months of summer.

The Santo Tomás Estate is a quiet residential area situated very close to Burriana Beach, one of Nerja’s most popular beaches thanks to its restaurants, beach bars and water sports.



The beach is approximately 600 metres away, a 7-minute walk downhill. The return journey involves a slight incline, which is common in this elevated part of Nerja, offering better views.



The Mercadona supermarket is about a 10-minute walk away, and the centre of Nerja is approximately a 30-minute walk or a few minutes’ drive away. There is also a bus stop in the immediate vicinity of the estate.
