Fantastic view from great terrace! Lovely house in Nerja, Capistrano Village

Entrance is on the upper floor of the property, into the spacious open-plan living and dining area, with large sofa (sofa bed 140 * 200cm), table and chairs for 4- 6 people. The living area has air conditioning and a flat screen TV with all European channels. There is brand new well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and all the necessary appliances. So on this floor you will find a small bedroom with one bed and a separate guest toilet. From the living area doors lead out to a large, lovely terrace with sea and mountain views. The terrace is sunny from early morning almost until sun sets - so nice! There is a big sun blind, a BBQ, fully equipped with table and chairs; From the terrace, steps lead down to the lower, private terrace there you will find nice comfortable sun beds. From the living area, stairs lead down to the ground floor where you will find two large bedrooms with double / twin beds - each with one modern bathroom, and air-conditioning. On this floor you will also find a washing machine.
From this room you can also enter the lower terrace / garden through a "built-in porch". The "porch" is furnished with a nice sofa so you can sit and read here or have a nice evening chat.
The apartment is tastefully and comfortably decorated throughout and has plenty of light and lovely views. There is free wi-fi and internet access. No dogs allowed due to allergies in the family.

Lovely property with amazing views looking out over Nerja town and coast.The property has all the modern items we want as a family to make it feel like a home from home. We had not realised that two bedrooms were on the lower floor with the master leading out to sun room and private patio. This allowed the ground floor with open plan kitchen and lounge leading out to patio and to take in those views to sit and soak up the sun from rising and sun set. Bedrooms had air con and those down stairs ensuite with modern suite and nice powerful showers to revive you after a day in the sun. One small point is that staircase down is spiral which was OK for us having small cabin bags, but be a little awkward with larger bags.We like to mix between eating out and cooking in. The kitchen has everything would need and to so much more with a modern oven, hob and microwave.Property located with access to the x2 pools at Capistrano village a 5 minute walk. With a 25minute walk to Balcon or Nerja Beaches. Bars and cafes. A taxi rank is available in the centre after an evening out was a nice treat costing about 8 euros save a walk back up the hill.Host Anna was always on hand and quick to respond when we had a few questions and gave piece of mind from booking to having to depart.

Fantastic Stay at Casa Anna

Hosts were amazing, leaving detailed information and reassurance before our arrival and during our stay which was much appreciated. Nice stay

The place is nice and just like the pictures. My only advice is that you do need a car, we did not have one and we did find it tiresome to have to walk up the hill - not easy for someone who is not fit. Getting to Burriana beach is a good 30 min walk. There is a bus but it only passes 1 time her hour so you really have to work around the bus schedule.

Amazing perfect location for the whole family

Great holiday in Nerja

We have enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing two weeks at Casa Anna. The villa was perfect for a family of five, with all the amenities you would require. It was always a pleasure to come back to a cool space after spending the day on the beach or sightseeing in the August heat. The hosts were very helpful when sorting out a broken dishwasher which was replaced quickly and efficiently. We look forward to returning in the future and would recommend Casa Anna highly.

4 weeks in wonderful Casa Anna

Great communication from Anna and Lasse before, during and after our four week stay which we throughly enjoyed. The property was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The en suite in one bedroom had just been re furnished (Oct 2021) and was fabulous. The highlight is the view from the south facing balcony which is real, all day sun trap. There is air conditioning through out the property which works very well. There is a lower garden with sun loungers which also gets the sun for most of the day and some pretty plants. The property is over two floors with a small self contained apartment above you. During our stay this was not an issue at all. A very enjoyable stay - thank you again to Anna and Lasse.

Nice flat abs beauriful gardens

The flat is very nice and well equipped. The Problem is that you have no privacy, as above the terrace is another one and right next to your left and right also. You are surrounded by lots of appartments and everybody has dinner or drinks during the evening/ night on their terrace. They don't even have to speak loud to bother you, but if they do speak loud, you can not read a book or sleep. Same thing in the morning. Houses are so close to each other, that we woke up at 08:00 when the neighbour left their house. If you are lucky and the other apartments are no rented it is a very nice place to be. The owners are very friendly and helpful and have furnished this duplex very nice.

Fantastic Apartment in Beautiful Location

We had a wonderful one week stay at Casa Anna. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. It had great amenities and a fully functional kitchen. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. The big Mercadona supermarket is just a short walk straight down the hill and the apartment is situated within walking distance to everything from the town, bus stop, Burriana Beach, the caves, and more. We absolutely loved our time here and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Capistrano village

Just had a glorious week at Casa Anna. Very comfortable villa, and well equip, we especially enjoyed every meal out on the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Beautifully kept grounds, so clean, we especially enjoyed the pool after our walks into town and back, a little further than I expected but kept us fit ! Fantastic Stay

What a beautiful house to stay in . Everything was superb ,the house was clean ,comfortable perfectly equipped with a new modern kitchen and everything you might need if you wanted to cook indoors .The seating area and tv in the open plan living dining area was a great plus when we came back at night after our evening meal out and a walk around town .The heating was needed just to take the chill off as the nights were chilly .We used the outdoor terrace for breakfast and when we returned in the afternoon the weather was beautiful and the upper terrace is a sun trap and a view that was amazing .The bedrooms downstairs were clean and comfortable with lots of storage space and the on suite bathrooms another big plus . Also in the summer the downstairs area and extension would be another great place to chill out but as the sun was very low we never used it .We loved every minute of our stay and will return again Thanks so much Anna for sharing you house .

Clean well equipped roomy apartment

What can I say, our family had one of the best holiday experiences ever. Accomodation is well located, with fantastic views of Nerja and the sea, something all our family are now missing now we are home. The apartment was spotless and well equipped, there was everything you require, including a barbecue if you decide to eat in on a night. TV and WiFi to entertain the children if the weather gets too hot for them. Nerja itself is beautiful, with loads of restaurants and bars to choose from, it's a 20-25 minute walk into town, or 1euro on the bus, the stop is literally a 30 second walk from the accomodation. All in all a very positive holiday experience which our family will not forget. Anna, Lassen, thank you for letting use your property. We will definitely be back. Colm & Catherine.

Fantastic apartement

Lovely views , very comfortable , and very well equipped . There was everything you needed there including a Webber BBQ . We were very lucky with the weather , sunshine everyday . It's a great place to walk to the beach and also a very nice walk to Nerja to enjoy lovely resterants and bars . A great place for all ages .
