At Gaviota 3, you can completely forget about your car. You are in the Torrecilla area, which means you can walk down to the beach (200 metres away) in your flip-flops or take a two-minute stroll to dine at local spots such as La Bottega. The great value of this unit is its two separate balconies: one facing the pool and the other for enjoying the sea breeze while you have breakfast, without the noise of traffic from the centre but with everything close at hand.

Modern and functional accommodation in Nerja

The property is a modern, clean and very practical space. The master bedroom has a double bed and its own private balcony; the second bedroom is more compact with a bunk bed, ideal for children or friends. The bathroom has a comfortable shower and the kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use, including a dishwasher so you don't have to waste time washing up on your holiday.

Once you have settled in, you will see that you can walk everywhere.
