The villa was renovated at the end of 2023 and now features a modern kitchen and a new bathroom. The 39 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 children, a well-equipped kitchen (with fridge-freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, sandwich maker, outdoor grill and washing machine), 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It accommodates 2 adults and 2 children, as the sofa bed may be too narrow for 2 adults.



Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV. The apartment has a private outdoor area with a pool (open all year), open terrace, covered terrace, barbecue and outdoor shower. The pool area is stylishly furnished for dining and sunbathing and also has a party tent.



The property is a 10-minute walk from the center of Nerja. Free street parking is available. Pets are not allowed. The property has no steps inside.



An extra bed for a third and fourth guest can be provided for an additional fee. A cot and high chair can also be requested for a fee. Please note that at the time of your visit, there may be government regulations regarding water usage that affect the pool, garden irrigation, or limit tap water use.
