This ample and comfortable house has a one floor distribution, where you can find 3 bedrooms with a total capacity for 5 people, a bathroom with shower, a large living room and a rustic style kitchen. The whole place has a vintage feel and is very luminous, as the house is surrounded by its own gardens. It also has a private parking inside the plot, so if you value independence and privacy this is indeed a great opportunity. Also, even though the villa is part of a residential neighbourhood, it is less than a 10-minute walk away from both Carabeillo and Burriana beaches, and not much further from the city centre.
