Nice Apartment
Good open plan apartment. It looks better in real life. The kitchen and bathroom have been updated. The kitchen was well stocked and the Air conditioning was spot on too. WiFi was patchy on the balcony was the only complaint, the apartment could do with another booster near the TV.
The apartments are a mix of residents and rentals with a security guard at night too. To keep any noise down etc. it's a quiet spot, which I would really recommend for any one with young children too.
The pool has a life guard, who ensures adherence to the rules. No jumping, large inflatables etc. There is no eating or drinking except water by the pool. It closes from 3 till 5 for the life guard to have a break. My girls 7 and 10 still loved the pool.
Location wise it's excellent, there is plenty of nice restaurants directly outside and it's a short walk into town around 500m to the Plaza Balcón de Europa. The nearest beach is a couple of minutes walk.
Eduardo the host was excellent at communication and Zahra who assists lives next door, making initial access easy.
