A few meters from the beach of Torrecilla and the Balcón de Europa. South facing, with garden and community pool. Living room with private balcony with a little view of the sea, sofa bed, satellite TV, BBC channels, DVD, air conditioning / heating, FREE 60MB OPTICAL FIBER WIFI and safe. Fully equipped kitchen with oven and everything that may be necessary also for long stays. The bedroom with air conditioning / heating consists of two 90cm beds that can be put together on request and can be a 180cm double bed. Bathroom with shower. Community roof with sun loungers. I AM THE OWNER and I will also provide beach chairs (for 2 people), beach umbrella, beach towels (one per person each week), shopping carts and welcome package. We accept small pets upon request. Bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby, the famous Balcony of Europe just 300 meters away. Free parking in the streets, outside the building.
Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.
Pets extra cost of € 3 / night with a minimum of 5 nights (€ 15) each pet (only small pets and no more than two).
Cot and high chair: extra expense of € 5 / night with a minimum of 5 nights (€ 25).
