Penthouse Villa Oasis de Capistrano Nerja - 5 minutes drive to the beach or short walk on a path at the aqueduct down to Burriana beach.




"The Penthouse" in the beautiful tropical gardens of Capistrano Oasis, which has 2 pools, + a children's pool and a restaurant on.
Four sleep well in two separate bedrooms with newly installed and low noice (summer 2017) Air-conditioning. Here is the sun all day and a completely private large terrace, one of the few that is 100% insensitive. Panoramic sea, mountain and countryside views.
The penthouse has beautifully decorated rooms and fully equipped kitchens.
The terrace has plenty of garden furniture, sun loungers and tropical plants and flowers.
Burriana beach is 5 minutes away by car or walk past the old aqueduct, and the surrounding countryside down to Burriana beach in 15 minutes. There are two supermarkets within walking distance.

From we walked in the outside door leading firstly to the terrace we were impressed. Two quality sun loungers, two bar stools and table and a dining table and four chairs. The views on each side of the terrace were amazing, both sea and mountains. When we walked into the apartment we were doubly impressed. Everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The little welcome touches of milk, beer etc were most appreciated. The bedding was quality and the beds extremely comfortable. Two comfortable sofas for lounging when we didn’t explore the town. The views from the lounge were incredible both night and day. I couldn’t recommend this enough although maybe not too much as we want to go back and hope it is available. During our 14 day stay the only drawback was the internet stoped working but none of us are technically minded so we were unable to fix it. Highly Recommended

Gorgeous apartment in a reallynice development. Great location. Really enjoyed the outside space on the veranda. Pool in the complex was lovely and clean in a nice green garden. Handy for the beach.

Beautiful Apartment, awesome views, great town

My family as I stayed in this lovely 2 bedroom apartment for 10 days in July. It is really well appointed, and the hosts have thought of everything that might be required. Even a cool box and beach chairs to take to the beach. The place was spotlessly clean and we really enjoyed the terrace and views it had to offer. Communication with Micheal the host was excellent and we were sorry to leave, but will certainly be back.

Excellent holiday

Property lovely with everything you could need. Best location on the site with beautiful balcony with sun all day. Supermarkets close by. Beach a 10 min walk, pool excellent and historic Nerja 20 min walk or local bus. Michael the host was excellent and answered questions immediately. Five stars and hope to revisit in the future.

Panoramic Views

Great property, very well equipped & maintained with fantastic views towards the sea & mountains behind. Lovely spacious terrace bathed in sun all day. We found the beds comfortable & the penthouse is very well appointed. Communication & help from the owner was first class. The delights of Nerja are easily reached on foot or by car. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nerja vacation - 24th September to 8th October 2021

The property was extremely well equipped with modern facilities and a fantastic private terrace with great views and spectacular sunshine from dawn until dusk. Minor criticisms, within the owners control, extend only to a slight discomfort with the mattress (admittedly for our own liking) and the WHITE lounge seating which had marks from previous occupancy (understandable given the colour). Criticiscms, outwith the owners control, occurred on two occasions when the water supply was lost. The first resulted in the toilet sink font spraying water uncontrollably when the supply was reinstated. This may be because of a minerals build up in the tap filter. This should be checked regularly and confirmed to be clean. If we were asked to recommend this property or would we return in the future the answer on both occasions would be an unequivable YES.

Magnifique séjour dans un oasis de bonheur !

L'appartement correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes et même plus. On se sentait comme chez nous avec toutes les commodités. Tout était parfait ! Les lits étaient aussi très confortables. Et que dire de la vue autant de l'intérieur que de la magnifique terrasse ... un gros WOW ! Le site est absolument magnifique et d'une propreté irreprochable. Nous avons adoré notre séjour ... que du bon temps nous avons passé. Il est à proximité de deux super marché en plus et près de la magnifique plage de Burriano. Avec notre voiture, nous avons pu visiter les petits villages autours et aller à Grenade avec facilité. Sans hésitation, je vous recommande ce magnifique appartement. Juste vous assurer d'avoir le numéro du code de la boîte à la porte pour récupérer les clés de l'appartement. De gentilles personnes demeurant sur le site ont réussi à nous obtenir le code afin que l'on puisse entrer. Une bouteille de champagne, du fromage et du pain nous attendaient ... quelle belle attention très appréciée surtout après plusieurs heures de vol ! Merci aux hôtes... une belle famille qu'on aurait aimé rencontrer ! 😘

BEST VILLA

This villa has the best views both inside and outside, the outside terrace is large and well equipped. Very quiet air conditioning the lounge is very comfortable with a good selection of tv channels. All kitchen appliances work very well and you have enough utensils , crockery and glasses for every situation. I highly recommend staying here.

Gorgeous

Lovely holiday in a fabulous location. Only problem was all the steps to the apartment and to the pool. I’ve recently had a hip operation and the steps caused me some issues. The view was amazing and Nerja, as a resort, has everything.

This apartment is beautiful and the owner is very easy to communicate with and helpful. We so enjoyed our stay with an almost immediate agreement that there was no doubt we would stay again. The views are amazing, outside space is beautiful and the owner has thought of almost everything - any criticism please understand comes from people who will stay again. Nerja itself is a lovely place - we found most of the restaurants and bars so friendly and a nice vibe to the place. Two supermarkets close by - a hilly area which didn't bother us, also taxi prices are good and the drivers we met also super.

Nerja stay

Overall we were happy with our stay at this apartment. Location was good but definitely felt we needed the car to get to the beach , especially carrying towels and other items. It can be done in a walk but because it’s a bit hilly i think a good 25 mins plus to get down there and maybe a little more uphill back to the apartment. The apartment was well equipped and catered for all our needs . Excellent views overlooking hills on one side and sea views on the other. We felt the decor could do with a little TLC but sure there is a maintenance program for this . Overall like I said we were very happy with the apartment and would definitely recommend to our friends .

Property needed a good clean and very Nice out of "working hours", BUILDING SITE NOISE (Kango man)

Would have given no stars. On our arrival we were told by our cleaner who owned the property directly under the property (number 20) that he was about to undertake repair work that had been planned for some time! .We awoke on our first Hell morning at 8am to a Kango /hammer drill that was being used to take up the tiled patio directly outside the large unglazed widow. We could not get a straight answer as to how long this was going to go on for, it lasted a couple of days to be replaced by hammering/tile cutting/angle grinding etc until the last day of our holiday. We had intended to just chill in the property for the week which was impossible, resulting in us going out between 8am-4pm all week. The owners must have been aware this work was to happen and should never have rented the property to us. The only response we had from the owners was "apologies" and that "it was allowed/agreed in the area that any work can be carried out between beginning of November until June".We will never go on holiday out of season in this area.Its a vital consideration that unless one likes either the distant hum of kangos or the risk of a Kango being used as though its in the same room as yourselves or you are deaf and suffer from tremors. We will never rent a property again that is in such a complex as numerous properties (all attached) leads to a lot of other potential noise disturbance. Several other terraces(luckily with quite neighbours) were overlooked by ourselves but one could hear every word from the kitchen lounge as no double glazing exists on the front of the property. Being at the top of the complex (penthouse) as an asthmatic the air quality from a couple of chimneys and bonfires were a further annoyance (smoke rises!). We had no wind and the weather was nice, i walked around in shorts and t shirt, whilst the locals where in body warmers! Luckily a lot of other chimneys were inactive,( really glad the weather was not cold!). Was intending to swim in the sea but was but off by other Brits who had seen various sitings! Really good supermarket down the road , good bus service. Good opportunity at this time of year to witness interesting spanish building techniques all over the area. I am sure Kango man was following us around at times.

Amazing!!!

We loved the apartment and had a fantastic holiday in Nerja!!! The property was spacious,clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. Loved the private terrace and the views of the sea and mountains. Brilliant sunsets! Enjoyed cooking outdoors on the BBQ and eating alfresco. Great location, could walk into town and a taxi back was only 8 euros. Plenty of local beaches, which were only a short drive away. Great communication with Michael, the owner who responded promptly to any queries we had. Wished we had stayed for longer, thoroughly recommended!!!

Fab better than the pictures

Great penthouse apartment with fantastic views and a balcony that’s not overlooked. Bus stop nearby which takes you into the centre for 1€ each, 15 min walk to beach via goat path at the side of the water viaduct, takes a bit longer on the walk back. Great tapas bars. We’ve stayed in a few penthouse apartments but this has been the best one so far. Diane and Stuart

Home from Home

Had a wonderful relaxing holiday in this lovely apartment. Arrived to find a great welcome pack which we enjoyed straight away on the beautiful totally private terrace. The views were fantastic and we only ate out 6 times in our 17 night stay because the terrace and facilities were so good. The apartment was stocked with most things you have at home and there is a new well stocked and very reasonably priced supermarket within an easy 10 minute walk. Decent Cava 2 euros !! Capistrano is a beautiful peaceful well maintained complex . The pool was a good size and very clean . There is a local restaurant next to the complex and a bar in the nearby hotel with a daily Happy Hour if you don’t want to go into the main town . Thanks for letting us use this lovely apartment.

Wonderful penthouse apartment

Stayed in this wonderful home from home apartment last week. The views are even better than the photos! The terrace is totally private. The apartment was spotlessly clean, bright and airy. The lovely welcome pack was very much appreciated. Comfortable furnishings. Oasis del Capistrano has wonderful gardens. We didn't use the pools so unable to comment. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment and we hope to return next year.

A beautiful apartment with the most amazing views.

Everything about the Penthouse is wonderful. We have just returned from a weeks stay at the apartment and thoroughly enjoyed out trip. We had everything we could possibly need to make our stay comfortable. The apartment was light and airy and beautifully spacious. The terrace was definitely the place to be! In fact, we loved looking at the evening views so much that we couldn't tear ourselves away from it to go out for dinner. The new supermarket was so well stocked and just up the road that we cooked for ourselves every night. The addition of a superb bottle of Spanish rosé went down extremely well too. There was plenty to do around the area and certainly more things to do and see on our return. We would definitely recommend the Penthouse and hope to visit again in the future. Thank you to the Andersson family for opening up your beautiful little pad.

Havde et godt ophold. Lejligheden er dejlig. Men kunne godt ønske der var en bedre parasol, eller anden mulighed for at komme i skygge på terrassen, så det var til at spise på terrassen.Beliggenheden er god, men der er lidt gåafstand til strand og by.
