This comfortable and modern 90 m² house features sea and mountain views and is distributed across 3 levels. The main house has two bedrooms on the first floor (one with two single beds and the other with a king-size bed), a full bathroom with a shower, and a small terrace in the hallway with extraordinary views of both the sea and the mountains.
The main floor features a spacious living-dining room with magnificent views of the pool and the sea, a guest toilet, and an open-plan kitchen.
A large private pool with a large terrace area and a built-in barbecue.
It also has a spacious street level apartment with access from the exterior terrace through some stairs, this apartment features a king-size bed with a full bathroom with bathtub, a living room, and a kitchenette, all with independent access from the street.
